Giving

We are a culture of generosity.

“Grace” is one of the most important words in the New Testament.

At its most basic, “grace” means “gift” or “generosity.” Our heavenly Father is the giver of all good gifts; Jesus is the most generous person to ever live; and the Holy Spirit gives freely and lavishly to all.

“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.”
(2 Corinthians 8v9)

We serve a generous God. One of the ways we live in the Way of Jesus is by giving—to the family of God, toward the mission of God, for the glory of God.
